Sterile EZ Fill Tubular Vials

Gerreshimer ready-to-fill injection vials are produced and washed in a cleanroom, packed in a Nest and Tub or Tray configurations and sterilized, ready to fill.

Due to the ready-to-fill status, our customer can proceed without the following steps: no need for washing and sterilization. This eliminates the need to invest in machinery and manpower. Due to our extensive experience in prefillable primary packaging, we can mitigate risks for our customers which could occur with sterile packaging.

Sterile Gx RTF EZ Fill Trays are available in a variety of packaging types that are optimally coordinated to meet each customer’s requirements and filling technology. We offer packaging in Nests & Tubs or in Trays (finish up or finish down).
